How will I receive my photos?
High
Resolution Digital images will be delivered via a password protected
online gallery link, sent to your email. You can view, share and
download images in your online gallery. Please check your spam folder.
Printed photos will be delivered to your centre for distribution once all digital images have been sent out.
How Long will it take to receive my Photos?
Images are edited and delivered in the order that bookings are paid - so the earlier you book, the sooner you’ll receive your digital gallery.
Photo prints are supplied after all digital galleries for the centre have been delivered.
Galleries are sent progressively, from just a few days up to 6 weeks
after the final photo day, depending on the size of your preschool.
Printed photos are delivered approximately 2 weeks after all digital galleries are complete.
These timeframes are a general guide - many galleries are delivered earlier than expected.
What is included in the Photo Prints?
I supply A4-sized photo print sheets that include a variety of image
sizes—perfect for sharing with family! Each uncut sheet includes one
5x7" print, a selection of smaller images, and a personalised bookmark
with your child’s name and the year.
Refer to your chosen package for the number of sheets included. Need
more? Additional sheets can be purchased separately (see Package F).
They make wonderful keepsakes for family! ❤️
Add-on/extra: The Group Class Photo Print is created from the individual portrait taken on your child's photo day.
I use the best typical seated portrait from photo day, crop it to
shoulder height, and place it with the other children in class to create
the A4 Group Class Photo Print (no digital) using 1st name only below
the photo.
What should my child wear for Photo Day?
Choose clothes that reflect your child’s personality.
Bright, solid colours and simple patterns photograph beautifully.
Avoid large logos, busy graphics.
Girls: Think pretty dresses, hair bows/ clips,
Boys: neat button-up shirt, polo, or a cute vest, or suspenders,
Or, you can have your little one's dress in their everyday clothes, either way it will be great!
If you have a special outfit in mind but prefer your child to stay in their usual clothes for the day, you’re welcome to ask your centre if they can change your child into their photo outfit just before their session.
Don't forget to tell your little one's that they will have loads of fun!
What if it rains on my Photo Day?
If it’s raining on photo day, no worries! If possible, I can capture at play in undercover outdoor areas - capturing natural moments of your little one at play & learning. If the weather is severe or there is no undercover option, photo day may be rescheduled.
What do you do if a child isn't happy or smiling for photos?
Not every child feels like smiling for the camera - and that's completely
okay! I never pressure children to pose or smile, or sit in one spot if they do not want to!
I use a patient, playful and gentle approach, sometimes giving them a
little break if they are very shy and returning to them later during the morning session when they’re feeling more comfortable.
I use little games and silly interactions to help bring out genuine expressions.
Sometimes the quiet, thoughtful or cheeky moments are just as special as smiling ones.
The goal is to capture your child as they are - naturally and authentically, documenting their playful preschool years.
