By booking and participating in a Beach Santa photography session with Jennifer Main / Jennifer Main Photography, the person making the booking confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms on behalf of themselves and any children or pets included in their booking.

You give permission for yourself, your child/children, family members and pets included in your booking to be photographed by Jennifer Main Photography during the session.
Your booking form will ask whether you give permission for photographs from your session to be used by Jennifer Main Photography.
If you select YES, selected images may be used in Jennifer Main Photography's portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional materials.
If you select NO, identifiable photographs from your session will not be used for photography portfolio or promotional purposes.
Beach Santa sessions take place outdoors at Old Bar Beach. Please bring an umbrella for shade & drinking water while you wait in queue.
Beach environments naturally include uneven sand and other changing environmental conditions. Please take care when walking or participating in photographs and follow any reasonable safety.
Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times. .
Jennifer Main Photography will take reasonable care to provide a safe photography experience; however, clients are completely responsible for taking reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of children and pets in their care.
Owners remain completely responsible for their pet's safety and behavior, providing their supervision at all times. Please keep pets appropriately restrained and be mindful of other families, children, animals and beach users.
Jennifer Main Photography will not held responsible for any incidents caused by any animal that is under the client's care or control.
If you have more than two pets please book two consecutive sessions to allow more time.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and be ready for your scheduled session.
If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait until all scheduled sessions have been completed, to be fair to families who have arrived on time.
While every effort is made to keep sessions running on schedule, photography involving children, pets and an outdoor beach environment can occasionally cause small delays.
Please come prepared with drinking water and shade, such as an umbrella, in case you need to wait.
Jennifer Main Photography and Santa will do their best to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience; however, a particular expression, smile, pose or interaction cannot be guaranteed.
Extended families should book 2 consecutive sessions to allow enough time for larger group photos.
As this is an outdoor beach session, bookings are subject to suitable weather and beach conditions.
Sessions may need to be delayed or rescheduled because of rain etc or other circumstances outside the photographer's control.
If Jennifer Main Photography determines that sessions cannot safely proceed, affected clients will be contacted regarding the available arrangements.
If weather or beach conditions change during sessions, photography may be temporarily paused or stopped for safety. If your session is affected, I will arrange the most suitable option with you, which may include waiting for conditions to improve.
Your selected session is secured once the booking process and required payment have been completed.
Bookings are for the selected date and scheduled time and cannot automatically be transferred to another available time.
Change-of-mind cancellations, missed sessions and late arrivals are subject to the cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Santa bookings are generally non-refundable due to the hire fees and costs involved.
However, if you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice, I may be able to arrange a refund if your session can be rebooked.
Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice are non-refundable.
Your booking includes the photographs and inclusions described in the package selected at the time of booking.
Where image choices are available, you will receive a gallery from which you can select your included favourite image/images for professional editing.
If no suitable image-selection options are available, Jennifer Main Photography may select the strongest image on your behalf.
Additional candid or other available photographs may be offered for purchase separately.
Any festive layouts or additional designs included with your package are created using the selected photograph/s
Final high-resolution digital images will be supplied through an online gallery and/or download link.
Please download your images using the download option provided do not screenshots or saving screen previews, as screenshots can significantly reduce image quality.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on booking numbers and workload.
All final photographs are professionally edited by Jennifer Main Photography.
RAW, unfinished or unedited files are not supplied.
The photographer retains artistic discretion regarding image selection, colour, cropping, exposure, retouching and the overall finished style.
Please do not apply filters or substantially re-edit the finished photographs in a way that represents the altered image as the photographer's original work.
Copyright in photographs created by Jennifer Main Photography remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive permission to download, print and share their purchased photographs for personal use.
Images may not be sold, supplied for commercial use or used to promote another business without prior permission.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you:
• have read and understood these Terms, Conditions & Safety Disclaimer below;
• accept responsibility for supervising children and pets in your care;
• understand that the session takes place in a natural outdoor beach environment; and
