Our 2025 Mini sessions offer 1 or 2 or 5 digital photo options.

5 Minute Mini's: choose packages with 1 or 2 photos captured on a chair with Santa, with option to purchase extra candid images.

15 Minute Mini: choose your favourite 5 Images - sit on the chair with Santa, surfboard fun AND walks with Santa on the beach! Choose your fave 5 photos for me to edit & option to purchase more!

Includes: high resolution digital images for download, plus magical edits using the same photo.

Each Mini Session Includes:

✅ 6 Magical Edits of the main family photo/s including:
- Snow globe
- Card Borders: (Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & Ho Ho Ho)
- Merry Christmas Font on Photo
- Santa Holding Frame with your photo

You will find Santa & I at Old Bar beach, main entrance (entrance near blowfish takeaway from the bitumen car park). 🎅

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 EXTENDED FAMILY GROUPS
For Families with more than 6 people and more than 1 dog, please ensure two time slots are booked back to back.

IMAGE DELIVERY
Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your link. ⚠️ Do not screenshot or save directly from your phone, as this reduces image quality. Always use the download option provided for full-resolution images.

💳 PAYMENT TERMS
A completed booking form and full payment are required to secure your session. Sessions will not proceed without full payment on the day (this covers Santa hire and other expenses).

Old Bar Beach, Main Entrance (bitumen carpark near Blowfish Takeaway) – located between the two main entrances.

CANCELLATIONS & NON-ATTENDANCE
Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

🌧 WET / BAD WEATHER
In the case of unsuitable weather: Sessions may be moved undercover at the picnic tables, or Rescheduled for another day (depending on Santa’s availability)

⏱ IMAGE SUPPLY TIMELINE
Professionally edited high-resolution digital images will be delivered via email gallery link within approx. 2–15 business days. Online Galleries are delivered progressively in order of sessions.
Digital images only – prints are not included.

Option provided to purchase extra digital images in your gallery of the candid moments (these will be unedited until you choose your favourites for me to edit).

📌 LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive 10 minutes early and wait in the queue for your photos. Late arrivals may result in forfeited photo time, as bookings run back-to-back, and Santa is hired for a certain time.

Each image gets the time it deserves so I can bring it to life and create a little magic! ✨

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes: adjusting colours and skin tones, removing distractions, refining the details and more… all to craft a beautiful, fine-art keepsake for you!

As spaces and days are limited, bookings open early. Full details will be available on my website and Facebook page by January.

If your plans or circumstances change and you can't make your booked Santa photos, that's no problem - full refund is available for up to 2 weeks before your Santa session.
