PRESCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION TERMS & DISCLAIMER
By proceeding with our photography service, the client (parent/carer) agrees to the following terms set by Jennifer Main / Jennifer Main Photography.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please notify us via email before your session and await a response. By proceeding with our service you confirm acceptance of all terms outlined below.
PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
The parent/carer gives permission for their child(ren) to be photographed by Jennifer Main / Jennifer Main Photography.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery
⚠️ Do not screenshot or save directly from your phone, as this will reduce image quality. Always use the download option provided for full-resolution images.
MODEL RELEASE (PORTFOLIO USE)
Please select on your booking form - If selected yes, Thank you for helping my business grow - Images from your session may be used in Jennifer Main’s photography portfolio, including (but not limited to) website, photography social media, and my photography promotional materials.
Please note: 🛑 For privacy, No names or schools will be shared with any images used in my porfolios.
If you have selected No - then no images will be used in my photography portfolios.
SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
All care will be taken to ensure a safe photography experience. However, Jennifer Main / Jennifer Main Photography is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents involving clients, children, or any attendees during the session.
The centre / Parents and carers are fully responsible for their children’s safety and supervision at all times.
PAYMENT TERMS
The booking process involves completion of the form and full payment.
📌 Sessions will not proceed without full payment on the day.
PHOTO SESSION DETAILS
Please refer to your chosen session package & add-ons on the booking form
SICK
Please notify us as soon as possible if your child is unwell and won’t be in your centre for the scheduled photo day. I can arrange for the possibility to reschedule on another photo day, or may result in cancellation and refund.
BAD WEATHER
In the case of bad weather, photo day will be an undercover area of the centre or potentially rescheduled if necessary - and you will be notified by email.
IMAGE SUPPLY TIMELINE
High Resolution Digital images will be delivered via a password protected online gallery link, sent to your email. You can view, share and download images in your online gallery.
Printed photos will be delivered to your centre for distribution once all digital images have been sent out.
IMAGES/ OTHER
Always download images, never screenshot from your device or you will lose image quality.
All images are professionally edited by me. RAW (unedited) files are not supplied.
Clients and third parties do not have permission to alter, filter, crop, or otherwise modify the images in any way.
Altering images misrepresents the photographer’s work and damages the integrity of our style and reputation.
