I handle all information and resources for photo day, including parent booking details, photo day schedules and flyers.

On the day, I work alongside educators to keep things flowing smoothly, while respecting your centre's routines and daily schedule.

Photo day runs across 2-4 mornings (depending on the size of your centre), so I can photograph children on their regular attendance days and work at each child's pace, creating relaxed, natural portraits while minimising disruption to the centre.

Not every child feels comfortable in front of a camera straight away - and that's completely normal.

I use a playful, child-led approach to help children relax. Through conversation, silly moments, games and encouragement, I give children the space and confidence to be themselves.

Sometimes the best photographs happen when children forget they are even being photographed.

My approach is focused on creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for children, educators and families.

Rather than rushing children through a process, I take the time to connect with each child, helping them feel comfortable enough to show their true personality. The result is natural, authentic portraits that capture the little moments that make each child unique.

In 2023, shortly after my husband and I moved from Cobargo to Old Bar, NSW, I was fortunate to be invited by Old Bar Preschool to photograph their children. While I already had extensive experience photographing families and children, this was my first preschool photography experience.

Working closely with the centre gave me valuable insight into what directors, educators and families needed. I developed my own streamlined workflow, created flexible package options, and refined a system that made the entire process simple and organised for everyone involved.

Since then, I have continued to improve and fine-tune every part of my preschool photography service. From online bookings and secure gallery delivery to clear communication and an efficient photo day, my focus has always been on creating a stress-free experience for centres while capturing genuine, natural portraits of every child.

I will always hold a special place in my heart for Old Bar Preschool and the trust they placed in me when they gave me my first opportunity in preschool photography.
